Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your VizSurge account and all associated data (including playlists, favorites, and preferences), you can request deletion at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
Please send an email from your registered email address to:
📧 vizsurge@gmail.com
Make sure to include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
What Happens After Your Request
- Your account will be verified using your registered email ID.
- All user-specific data (favorites, playlists, personalization data) will be deleted permanently.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- Deleting your VizSurge account does not affect your Google account.
- You may reinstall the app or create a new account anytime.
